Construction Minister Tran Hong Minh directed all agencies and affiliated units to promptly study and implement the Resolution of the Third Plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee, turning its key goals into practical action.
Speaking at the Ministry of Construction’s July review meeting and August 2026 task conference on July 31, Minister Tran Hong Minh emphasized that Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and affiliated units must thoroughly study and implement the resolutions, conclusions, regulations and action plans adopted at the Third Plenum, together with the guidance delivered by Party General Secretary and State President To Lam.

The Minister instructed all units under the Ministry’s Party Committee to complete the dissemination and implementation of the Resolution by August 15, 2026, ensuring that officials and Party members fully understand its contents and effectively translate them into practice.
He noted that, following the conclusion of the Third Plenum, the Ministry’s Party Committee has worked closely with the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW on proposed amendments to the Land Law and related legislation. The Ministry is also urgently preparing action plans to institutionalize and carry out the tasks assigned by the Party Central Committee and the Government.
Calling for proactive action across the Ministry, Minister Tran Hong Minh urged Party organizations and agencies to implement the Resolution without delay, contributing to the successful realization of the goals set by the 14th National Party Congress and Party congresses at all levels.
