Leaders of the Ministry of Construction and the Construction Newspaper launch the Real Estate Special Section in Hanoi on Sept 26.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized the real estate market’s critical role in driving economic development, attracting investment, and meeting the housing needs of the people. He commended the Construction Newspaper for promptly communicating the Party’s directives and State regulations in the fields of construction and transportation.

In a market often influenced by rumors and unverified information, he highlighted the importance of accurate and timely reporting to guide investors and the public.

Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Thi Hong Nga described the launch of the new section and the accompanying forum, "Developing the Real Estate Market – A Boost for Double-Digit GDP Growth", as a milestone in the newspaper’s restructuring following its recent merger. She underscored that this is the first time a press agency under a central ministry has introduced a dedicated platform focused solely on the real estate sector.

The section is positioned as a trusted hub connecting policy and practice. It will feature dedicated columns such as Policy, Planning & Infrastructure, Dialogue, Investors, Market, and Projects. By offering expert analyses, legal updates, and in-depth sectoral coverage, it aims to promote a transparent information environment and support collaboration among government agencies, businesses, professional associations, and readers.

The launch reflects the Construction Newspaper’s broader mission to serve as a credible voice for the industry, fostering trust and contributing to the healthy development of Vietnam’s real estate market.
