Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh urges Ninh Binh to speed up social housing projects
Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh stated that Ninh Binh Province has found the right approach and needs to accelerate the construction of social housing to fulfill its 2025 goals.
During his working visit on October 4, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh commended Ninh Binh Province for its strong commitment to social housing development and urged faster construction to meet 2025 targets, ensuring better living conditions for low-income residents.

On the same day, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh led a working delegation to inspect the progress of social housing projects across the province.
During the field visit, he urged local authorities to take more decisive actions and enhance coordination among departments to expedite construction progress. "Focus on completing the structural phase and move quickly to finishing. This requires close supervision," he emphasized.
The Deputy Minister requested the provincial People’s Committee to direct relevant departments to support investors, especially in accessing construction materials and completing legal procedures. Issues beyond the local jurisdiction should be promptly reported to the Ministry for submission to the Prime Minister for consideration.
Assessing the overall progress, Deputy Minister Sinh said Ninh Binh’s projects are on the right track, reflecting the province’s strong political will to improve social welfare and housing conditions for workers and low-income groups.
He reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to accompany Ninh Binh in implementing the national social housing program and the Government’s sustainable urban development strategy.
