Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh has called for donations of historical documents, artifacts and photographs to help establish the Ministry of Construction’s Traditional Hall.
The initiative aims to preserve and promote the history and traditions of the construction and transport sectors while honoring the contributions of generations of officials, workers and professionals.

The collected materials may include documents, artifacts and photographs associated with the development of the two sectors, landmark projects, major historical milestones, as well as individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions.
For particularly valuable artifacts that owners are not yet able to donate, the Ministry encourages other forms of cooperation, including lending items for display, consigning them, providing copies or digital versions, or sharing relevant information for research and preservation.
All donated materials and artifacts will be managed, preserved and used in accordance with regulations. Their origins and donors’ contributions will also be fully documented.
Minister Tran Hong Minh has also signed a decision establishing a Steering Committee, an Organizing Committee and a support team for the development of the Traditional Hall. He will serve as head of the Steering Committee.
