In Thai Nguyen, Minister Tran Hong Minh examined the Cho Moi – Bac Kan Expressway at the National Highway 3 intersection in Thanh Thinh commune. He acknowledged the province’s efforts in land clearance but urged contractors and project management units to act urgently, ensure material supply, and coordinate closely with local authorities to avoid delays.
