(Construction) - On December 19 in Hanoi, a Certificate of Award Ceremony from the International Cooperation Agency (JICA) organized to former Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung for his contribution in quality management of construction works in particular and for the construction industry in general.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Sugano Yuichi - Chief Representative of JICA Office in Vietnam said: In ODA investment activities that JICA implemented in Vietnam, the number of infrastructure projects accounted for a quite large proportion. And the contribution of former Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung was great in the successful implementation of those projects.

Mr. Sugano Yuichi expressed his pleasure and honor when the representative of the JICA Office in Vietnam to Mr. Le Quang Hung the Certificate of Award for his valuable contributions. He hoped that in the coming time, the cooperation between the Ministry of Construction and JICA will increasingly be developed to contribute more to the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan.

Also at the ceremony, former Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung expressed his pleasure in receiving the Certificate of Award from the JICA and JICA evaluation and recognition for his contributions in the projects of JICA in general and the activities of the construction industry in particular. Former Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung sent his sincere thanks to colleagues and friends who worked side by side with him during his 20 years worked at the Ministry of Construction, therefore he could successfully complete his assigned tasks.
