Its primary objective is to construct a dedicated roadway for automated transport vehicles connecting the airport with Tung Chung, a key transportation hub. The development is expected to improve accessibility and accommodate anticipated growth in passenger traffic at the airport.

Penta-Ocean established its Hong Kong office in 1986 and has since built a strong track record in the region, including the development of university facilities and a cruise terminal.

At Hong Kong International Airport, the company was also responsible for ground improvement works for the third runway in 2016.
