The Ministry ranked first nationwide in public service quality, with a 93.3% satisfaction rate among citizens and businesses using its online services.

According to official data from the Government’s monitoring system, the Ministry of Construction fully accomplished all tasks assigned in 2025 on developing e-government and advancing digital transformation.
As a result of its strong performance, the Ministry ranked first among ministries and government agencies nationwide in the quality of public service delivery, based on evaluations published on the National Public Service Portal. The satisfaction rate of citizens and businesses using the Ministry’s online public services reached 93.3%.
Minister Tran Hong Minh and the Ministry’s leadership closely monitored and decisively directed the implementation of digital government and digital transformation initiatives across the sector.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Viet Hung noted that the establishment of the national database on construction activities marked a significant shift in state management, creating a unified and transparent data foundation to support effective leadership, administration, and public access to official information.
In 2026, the Ministry of Construction will continue to prioritize innovation, digital transformation, and e-government development, focusing on implementing key resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government, as well as completing and operating national and sectoral databases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
