Minister Tran Hong Minh welcomed the delegation and commended Shandong Hi-Speed Group for its achievements and contributions to Vietnam’s infrastructure, including the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway, the Da Nang–Quang Ngai Expressway, and the An Duong Industrial Park in Hai Phong.

He emphasized that Vietnam offers significant opportunities for foreign investors in transport and urban infrastructure development. With its experience, resources, and a recently signed strategic cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Railway Construction Corporation (RCC), Shandong Hi-Speed Group is well-positioned to expand its role in key national projects.

“The Ministry of Construction always supports and facilitates capable Chinese enterprises, including Shandong Hi-Speed Group, to participate in developing Vietnam’s transport and urban infrastructure”, Minister Tran Hong Minh stated.
