Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh has called on contractors, investors and local authorities to accelerate the construction of the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway while ensuring quality and overall landscape aesthetics.

During a field inspection on March 9, the minister led a delegation from the Ministry of Construction to examine the progress of the expressway section passing through Dong Nai Province.
Following the inspection, the minister praised the efforts of project investors, contractors and construction units in mobilizing resources and maintaining construction progress in recent months.
According to on-site observations, many sections of the route have already been completed, with road surfaces built to high technical standards, allowing smooth traffic flow. Traffic organization systems and landscaping along the route have also been implemented in an orderly manner, contributing to the project’s overall appearance.
Currently, construction of the main route has largely been completed, and contractors are focusing on finishing works. The minister urged relevant units to continue accelerating construction so that the expressway can soon be put into operation while ensuring both technical quality and visual aesthetics.
He also requested Dong Nai Province to speed up land clearance for additional project components, creating favorable conditions for contractors to finalize the project in line with the overall schedule.
