During the meeting with OCG, a top Japanese consulting and design firm with extensive experience in international infrastructure projects, Minister Tran Hong Minh praised the company’s contributions to Japan’s ODA projects in Vietnam. He invited OCG to expand its investment and consider becoming a strategic shareholder in major Vietnamese consulting firms such as TEDI, VNCC, and CONINCO.
The Minister emphasized that such partnerships would support technology transfer, enhance management and design capacity, and promote participation in large-scale public–private partnership (PPP) projects in Vietnam.
