The Deputy Minister inspected 3 social housing projects in Da Nang.

He informed that Da Nang was assigned to build 1.500 social housing apartments within 2025. Meanwhile, DMC - 579 Joint Venture has been working on over a half of the targeted number. Therefore, investors, construction units need to make greater efforts to complete the projects as scheduled.

Significantly, the social housing project for people with meritorious services to the revolution at Vu Mong Nguyen Road (Ngu Hanh Son District) was highly commended for design and functions. Through the inspection, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh praised the Vu Mong Nguyen apartments for their aesthetic and well-planned design. This model should be replicated at projects in other areas.

Vu Mong Nguyen social housing apartments are ready to open in June.

The Deputy Minister also requested that the Department of Construction of Da Nang accelerate the progress of the city’s social housing projects.

"The target is just one aspect; what truly matters is meeting the needs of the local people. That is the value we aim for," the Deputy Minister said.
