During the inspection, Deputy Minister Sinh stated that Da Nang has been assigned a target of delivering 1,500 social housing units by 2025. He noted that the DMC–579 Joint Venture is currently responsible for more than half of the total, and called on all investors and construction units to accelerate efforts to meet the schedule.

One of the projects — a social housing complex for people with meritorious services to the revolution, located on Vu Mong Nguyen Road in Ngu Hanh Son District — received particular praise from the Deputy Minister. He commended the project for its aesthetic appeal, functional design, and well-planned layout, stating that it should serve as a model for similar developments in other localities.
“The target is just one aspect; what truly matters is meeting the needs of the local people. That is the value we aim for”, Deputy Minister Sinh emphasized.

Vu Mong Nguyen social housing apartments in Da Nang are set to open in June 2025, following praise for their quality design.
He also urged the Da Nang Department of Construction to further accelerate the pace of local social housing developments, noting that timely delivery must go hand-in-hand with quality and livability.
The Vu Mong Nguyen housing project is scheduled to be completed and opened in June.
